All kinds of emotions – happiness, sadness, worry, sympathy, affection, embarrassment, envy, love – can be in play with our experiences of ourselves, sex, sexuality and relationships. Gaining awareness, acceptance and understanding of our feelings can be central to living with them and navigating things like mental illness and emotional wellbeing.
