Worrying for no reason? (not a preg scare)

I had sex twice in the past week and a half and i'm freaking out that I might be pregnant. We used a condom and I won't be having my period for another week, so I can't actually CALM my fears. I look at pregnancy symptoms and that only makes my fears worse. I don't want an abortion, but it's my only option. Is there anything i can do to try and calm myself until i get my period? I know stressing out is only going to make it late.
