Naturally, some people have tighter foreskins than others, the medical term being phimosis. Some individuals with phimosis never experience any problems and live normal sex lives, while others experience some discomfort or pain. If you are experiencing pain or discomfort it can be something to bring up to a medical provider, otherwise, I would say no there is no cause for concern.
