Hello
I did fingering and dry humping with clothes on with my partner on the 7th. Although I know it is almost impossible to cause pregnancy, I continued to experience fear until my partner took a pregnancy test 14 days and 30 days after the incident. The results of both tests were negative but until now she has missed her period by 4 days and has not had her period yet. Can I trust both test results above? Is there any way to overcome my fear and anxiety? I have read the article you posted and have visited a psychologist but this fear still haunts me.
Thankyou
Anxiety need help

• help locating or using emergency contraception if and when you have had a pregnancy risk
• discussing options with a real, existing pregnancy, and help finding and accessing those options, such as abortion services and pre-natal care, or discussing feelings or concerns about a past pregnancy
