Birth control
I've been on the pill for a while and I've been wondering if after I'm done taking the placebo pills and I start the first week of active pills, am I protected in that week?

Re: Birth control
Hello, Luna. Welcome to Scarleteen.
As long as you take your pills the way they were prescribed (on time and without skipping) you can trust you are protected the whole cycle. Being on your placebo pills doesn't mean the efficiency lowers or disappears. The next link explains it in depth: http://www.scarleteen.com/article/advic ... ebo_period
