I was Kawani3792 there, and kept the same username. I completely forgot that you switched the boards around! Came here to ask about some stuff, and to my surprise, I had to re-register.

Hi kawani! You're taken out of the newly registered group, so you're good to go with posting access to all the boards :)

Aw man, I guess I should've looked around on here a bit more carefully than I had; otherwise I could've posted here!

My former username was Copper86; and I am now Tadpole86. I rather like my new handle name though, but I just wanted to let you know that I have an account on this present site but I was also a former user.

Is it possible to transfer former posts/status to the new handle (sorry if this has already been asked earlier)? If not, I'd like to keep Tadpole. I feel like it better represents me as a person. :P

Hey tadpole, welcome back. I've removed you from the newly registered users group, so you should now be able to post in all areas of the boards. We didn't transfer anything over from the old boards, but the old boards are archived, so we still have access to your posting history there too.

ralphie41, yes, that'd be it: new users get access to all the boards after 5 posts. As a returning/continuing user, you should now be good to go with full posting access :)

Hello :) This is Fauna16Maude, still going by Fauna16Maude. I had 1 and only 1 post (under Abuse/Assault) which is on the archived boards. This is the link to it if that may be of some help. And if it works. :P

http://www.scarleteen.com/forum/ultimat ... 6/p/1.html

That said, since it's been 1+ year since I posted on that thread or even visited the site, I'd like to know how the heck to create a new post on the new boards and be able to post to begin with since I'm a newcomer to the new boards but have used the old boards? Thanks! :D

Welcome back, Fauna16Maude!

For their first 5 posts, newly registered people can only post new topics in the sections Between You and the Scarleteam, and Newbieville, and can reply in All the Things. For our continuing users from the old boards who tell us who you were, we switch your settings so you have full posting access to all the boards from the start. You're all set now as a continuing user, and you should be able to reply and start a new thread on all the boards :) On any of the boards, you should see the "new topic" button on the left just above and just below the list of threads that are already there.
