I feel like engaging with you on this is counter to the aim of helping you, since what's most likely to help you is NOT continuing to obsessively focus on this, you know?
How about this: since it probably isn't a very good idea for you to be sexual with your partner right now given all of this -- I strongly would not advise it while you are feeling this way -- so you won't have to worry about doing anything nonconsensual now in the present, how about we table a conversation about this until you can have another talk with your therapist, and potentially get a referral to another mental healthcare professional if your existing therapist continues to have so little to offer you around this?
