Is it something that is safe? And also, this is something that just appeals to me a lot.

Hi Kittypink,

It's not automatically unsafe, but you'd need to take extra care not to accidentally kick your partner with them on, and be careful of positions that require more balance (as it's easier to get unbalanced and fall/trip in heels).
