Issues with masturbating

Unread post by bababooey »

Hiya, I'm 19 years old and a virgin as of now. I have never had much of an interest in sex nor masturbation up until recently, and my libido has increased quite a lot. Naturally this resulted into me trying to find porn I like to watch, which yay, found what I like. My issue is with masturbating. My current only method is just with my good ol' hands so it's mostly been clitoral stimulation, as I find anything up the good ol hole unpleasant and burny. But my problem is that whenever I seem to get close to orgasming using clitoral stimulation, it suddenly becomes too much and i get this urge to close my legs and then I'm just done masturbating. It feels uniquely good just beforehand but I don't get the sense that i came at all, just that it became too much and I'm left feeling dissatisfied. My clit feels highly sensitive after, in an uncomfortable way, so even when I tried going slow after it just wasn't nice as at all. Should I try to go for the G-spot instead? I've been looking into toys to buy to maybe help since surely I'm plenty aroused by my choice of porn and I should be able to have an orgasm, just maybe not clitoral? I've been left confused since clitoral stimulation so far has been the only thing that feels nice and just shovin fingers up there has felt uncomfortable and not pleasurable at all. Any tips? (sorry for the vulgarity lol)

Hi bababooey,

So, if you want to explore G-spot stimulation, that's certainly something you can try! Some people do find that using a toy for that ends up feeling better to them than using their fingers, and you can also find toys that would allow you to do both internal and external stimulation (either together or separately) which might also change up or add new sensations to the experience). Too, if you've noticed in the past that inserting things caused discomfort or burning, but you know you're pretty dang aroused when you've tried, then making sure you have lube to go with any toys you get is also a good way to help decrease discomfort and increase pleasure.

As far as orgasm goes, it sounds like you might be experiencing one, at least some of the time. When you read the description of orgasm in this article, does it seem to line up with some of your experiences? Sexual Response & Orgasm: A Users Guide
