Nope, sperm are fragile and need very specific conditions in which they can survive. You can read more about that here: Who's Afraid of Sperm Cells? .

Thanks for the reply!

I just read that link and wanted to clarify

Is the area where the sperm/semen/ejaculate is or was hotter/colder than body temperature? - the lotion would be colder than body temperature and would be in by room so definitely not the right temperature

Has it been sitting out for a long time, like an hour? I came home at 10am and touched the lotion just before 12pm therefore long after the 1 hour period

Is the area where the sperm/semen/ejaculate is chemically more acidic/alkaline than blood/spinal fluid/saliva? (I’ll admit, this one is tricky; in other words, if you’re worried about sperm surviving in stuff like a bar of soap, a can of soda, coffee, etc., rest assured that they won’t, because compared to the human body, they are simply too acidic/alkaline.)

I presume lotion is too acidic/alkaline for sperm to survive

Therefore the sperm is dead and nothing to worry about.

Would the semen mixing with the lotion alone just make the sperm unable to create a pregnancy because it's mixing with a fluid that wouldn't allow the sperm to travel??
