Brown Bleeding

Unread post by theatrebug »

Hello,
If your withdrawal bleed on the combo pill is just brown in color and light in consistency (only needing a panty liner) is this still considered your withdrawal bleed and everything is ok?

Yes, that's something that some people experience with their withdrawal bleeds when on the pill; it's not unusual or a cause for concern at all.

Thanks for the relief, Mo!
I was researching it online and most of the forums I came across were all like its implantation bleeding etc. etc...

I didn't send you this link in chat today but I think it's a good one for you to take a look at: Legit or Unfit? Finding Safe, Sound Sex Educators & Support Online

Since you have a therapist, the next time you see them I think it would be good to ask for some specific steps you can take, when you're feeling really anxious and have the urge to dive into the internet for answers, to find more helpful ways to deal with that feeling.
