Lumps on shaft of penis

I was a bit worried because there was these lumps on my penis and there was so many it kinda looked like a ring of them around it? Also it was thicker above the ring and thinner under it should I be concerned

Hi there.

These lumps: are they painful for you at all (itchy or sore)? Also, are they small, a little raised, and a bit lighter than the skin around them?

I'm not sure what you mean by "it" is thicker above and below the ring. What's "it" in this sentence?

If they are causing you pain, by all means, it's time to go and see a healthcare provider. They can diagnose what this is and help you treat it so you're not in pain anymore.
