Re: Implant and Side Effects
It could be a side effect of the implant, yes, but also just puberty as you mentioned. It would be hard to say which one is unless you stopped using the implant and see if there is any changes but I don't think you want to go that far.

Re: Skipping placebo pills to prevent a period?
Skipping your placebo week is possible but it does NOT guarantee that you won't have your withdrawal bleeding. For some people it works perfect when they do it, for some, it doesn't. For some people works sometimes and then other times it doesn't. Is really hard to predict how bodies will react. Her...

Re: Terrified
You want to continue you pill as normal (so you can complete the whole cycle), regardless if you get a withdrawal bleeding or not. here's more info about Emergency Contraception: http://www.scarleteen.com/article/sexua ... traception
Re: Terrified
Taking Emergency Contraception won't mess with your pill. Is hard to predict how your body will react (side effects) but the effectiveness, and cycle of the pill won't get affected.

Sorry to hear you are feeling hurt, moonlight. I can understand why. Heart break is always a hard thing to go through. Is there anything that you would enjoy doing to take care of yourself?

Re: What is the real odds that birth control will fail?
As Sam mentioned earlier, this is something that only you can answer. The level of safety a person needs to feel comfortable varies widely, even to the same person from time to time. For some people that efficiency rate will be okay, for others it is just not enough so they either add another method...

If and when someone is dealing with a yeast infection, the best is to hold off from intercourse (or even manual sex) until you finish the treatment AND all the symptoms disappear completely.

Use "immediately after opening" usually means to not open it, go do some errands and then come back a couple of hours later to do it.
If you followed the instructions that came with the test -- and really sounds like you did! -- you can trust its results.

Re: Pill side effects?
Nausea is one of those symptoms that could be associated with almost everything in the world, you know? And that's why is so hard to give it a single meaning. We cannot say for sure why you are getting this lately, sadly, but if it lasts more than a couple of weeks and it adds up to something else t...

As Lyssa already said before, not being fully aroused and lack of lubrication could explained the bleeding. That being said, I want to mentioned that -- even if it sounds obvious, sometimes is not! -- sex is something that is always going to feel better and be more pleasurable when everyone involved...
