I have a single red bump on the shaft of my penis. It is about halfway down and on the underside.
My girlfriend and I were both virgins before we met each other and we always use condems when having sex but, sometimes I will use my penis to stimulate her without a condem.
I also shave my genitals and I do get razor bumps, at first I thought it was just an ingrown hair and I think I reaggrivated it when I shaved again today but, I'm not entirely sure.
I've read about herpes and I don't have any of the symptoms (itching, pain, etc) it never bothers me. It almost feels like a pimple.

Unfortuneatly we cannot diagnose over the internet. You will have to see your doctor to find out what this bump is.

That said, it very well could be a pimple. The skin on the shaft of the penis is the same as the skin anywhere else on your body, and it can get pimples too.
