Masturbation Query

Unread post by T!lly »

Hi. So I took a two week break from masturbation and when I came back, during ejaculation, the substance was more liquid than usual. Should I be worried. Previously, my ejaculate was more creamy?

Hi TS_6249

Ejaculate varies in consistency based on things like how recently/often you have been ejaculating and even how hydrated you are. If you haven't ejaculated in a while it's not unusual to find that when you do there is more of it and it is runnier as your body has had time to produce more fluids. Does make sense?

Yes, thank you. By the way, whilst we're talking about ejaculate, is there a way to change the taste or smell?

Hi TS_6249,

As far as we know, none of the folk legends (like how eating pineapple will make someone taste better) about how to change the taste or smell of sexual fluids are accurate. The things that do generally influence the smell or taste of sexual fluids are overall cleanliness (so, making sure your genitals are getting washed along with the rest of you) and infection, as a weird, persistent smell can often be a sign of that.
