I took one antibiotic pill today and am using the combination pill. I don’t won’t to carry on taking the antibiotics so will ONE antibiotic pill affect my pill?

Hold up! It's never a good idea to stop or not to take antibiotics when they have been prescribed for you. It's super important to take antibiotics when prescribed and to take all of them, all the way through to the total amount you were prescribed.

We can't say for sure what impact, if any, one dose of antibiotics will have on your pill. Is this why you don't want to take them?
