The pain of pubic hair

Unread post by Crystal_River »

I had my first brazilian waxing a couple months ago and right now the hair has come in really thick but I was told it would and I currently enjoy the nice thick natural look rather than having it all taken off. I had sex a few hours ago and what's happening is that some of the hair gets pulled as we are having intercourse. I did add some lube but it gets kind of messy with it. What is the secret on not getting the hair pulled? Or should I just get another brazilian?
By the way that brazilian waxing was extremely painful but it was kind of fun. I highly recommend it.

Hi Crystal_River,

There are a few different things you could try, like trimming the hair rather than full on removing it, or choosing positions where there's less contact between your pubic hair and your partner. But the occasional pulling of that hair is one of those small hazards--like getting sweat in your eyes--that comes with having sex.

You may find that small sewing or embroidery scissors are good for this purpose, although of course you'd want to keep them where someone wouldn't stumble on them and use them for an embroidery project! Small scissors will be easier to handle than something like large kitchen or craft scissors.

I bought a little pair of travel scissors from Walgreens. It's not easy trimming hair while looking in a mirror 8-)

Personally I love using lube! Try keeping tissues handy or laying down a towel if you're worried about a mess. For me the mess is all part of the fun! :D
