Penis Hygiene

I am a 18 year old male and I have a girlfriend that recently wanted to lose our virginity’s. I started realizing my penis had phimosis and i fixed it relatively quick by stretching excercises. I then also realized I had smegma which i cleaned really fast. Now my only concern is ever since i fixed my phimosis my foreskin does not roll all the way to the top and doesn't cover the tip of my penis anymore.
Which bothers me because its super sensitive
And my other concern is that my head of the penis is a little white. Sord of how lotion looks like when applied and it doesn't seem to go away. I took a shower and it turns pink again but only for a short period of time

(btw i feel no soreness or pain in my penis just when i touch the head it is super sensitive but that is because I have foreskin)
