I am so scared
2 weeks ago I had sex with a condom used correctly, and he pulled out before he ejaculated. my period is due today (though I have irregular cycles) and it has not come yet. my cycles have been 23-25 days for the last 4 cycles but now its day 25 and it still hasn't come.
I am having all my normal pms for the past 3-5 days but still no bleeding. I am so terrified that I am pregnant. I am not going to have sex again. I took a test on Wednesday (14 days after intercourse) and it was negative. I'm just worried it was wrong and that I'm pregnant.

Re: I am so scared
I have also been under extreme stress the past 2 weeks with starting school again and also worrying about this to the point of having panic attacks at least once a day. I was supposed to have a counseling appointment but it got cancelled.

We will not answer ANY questions about pregnancy fear or anxiety in our direct services from users who are not pregnant or who are not or have not otherwise been directly involved with an actual pregnancy.

• making sexual choices that suit your own needs, abilities and limitations, including your own readiness for certain possible risks
• help locating or using emergency contraception if and when you have had a pregnancy risk
• discussing options with a real, existing pregnancy, and help finding and accessing those options, such as abortion services and pre-natal care, or discussing feelings or concerns about a past pregnancy
• help with anxiety like locating mental health services, sound self-help or asking for support from friends or family
