So for sexuality and gender can you know those things based off of how you want to feel or experience them for ex: if I want to experience sexuality as fizzy and hot or gender as based on a lifestyle like it being more artistic would those help me know if I'm aroused or what gender I identify as?

I think either of those things might be helpful to you in understanding aspects of your gender or sexuality, sure! But because there's no specific gender tied to something like a more artistic lifestyle, to use one of your examples, I think knowing these things about yourself is going to be more helpful in understanding the nuances of your gender than indicating what your specific gender identity is, if that makes sense.
