Sam,
Would it be weird to tell my healthcare provider that I hurt myself while masturbating? Or would that be something they are used to dealing with?

Most healthcare providers have heard people report all sorts of causes for their injuries, so if this doesn't go away it wouldn't be strange to be truthful with your healthcare provider.

Sam,
So, the issue with my prostate pain didn't go away on its own. I've called up my doctor and got an appointment. First she complimented me on being so open about exploring the pleasurable sensations my body can feel. And then she gave some medicine to fix the issue. At first I thought it would be super awkward to tell her about this, but doctor said that it's totally fine to talk to her about this. Now I can masturbate in a nice pleasurable way without pain.
