Hey I’m 13, I find wanking a little repetitive and was wondering if there was any easy to make masturbation toys I could make at home, like something comfy I could put around my penis?

Thanks a lot. Also I have another question, when I’m on the beach am I allowed to go swimming in the sea and sitting in the sun naked or should I wear my undies if I forget my Speedo?

That's going to depend on the law in your area. Many areas allow for nude swimming or sunbathing but even in areas where it's technically legal, not everyone is going to be comfortable with it. It's probably best to err on the side of caution and make sure to have a swimsuit with you.
