Penis problems for a 15 year old boy

I am 15 years old and my penis length when dead is abt a little over 4 inches and when hard is a little over 6 inches and barely an inch in girth when dead is this normal?

The average adult penis is around 3 to 4 inches long when flaccid (soft) and 5.5 to 6.2 inches long when erect. It sounds like yours is somewhere in that average (too, those averages are for adults; you're still in the midst of puberty, which means you may still notice some genital growth down the road).
