I wasn't able to find a ton of well-sourced information, but it looks like the average age for someone to have their first kiss is between 13 and 15. As far as French kissing goes, what you do with your tongue depends on what feels good to you and to the person you're kissing. That usually takes some experimentation, along with communicating with your partner about what feels good. Does that make sense?
