Direct Service Downtime: 12/23/19 - 1/3/20

From Monday, December 23, 2019 through Monday, January 6th, 2020, our direct services -- that's our chat service, SMS/text helpline and message boards -- will not be available.
We have a great deal of administrative and other behind-the-scenes work to either finish up for 2019 or get started for 2020, and our staff and volunteers also need some downtime from the demands of providing our direct services.
As always when we've needed to make our direct services dark for a break, when we turn things off, we will provide a list of alternative safe and sound sources of online, mobile or phone support. <3
