How is Everyone?

Hi! How is everyone?

I just wanted a place where people could share how they’re feeling. Whether you had a good day or a bad day, it’s always nice to share your day (unless you don’t want to).

Hi PowerPup! This was such a lovely little post to read - I love opportunities to check in just for the sake of checking in.

I'm doing pretty well at the moment - I just finished watching a really great episode of that show Making It, wherein one of my favorite crafters finished a really beautiful shed renovation and then cried because she was so proud of herself, and proud of how far she'd come. So then I cried a little too. :')

How are you doing?

Hello PowerPup, this day is kind of boring so I decided to make some snacks (homemade baked mac) for my family.

Hi PowerPup! Hi everyone!

Thanks for this thread :)

I am personally really looking forward to tomorrow, when I am going to watch the last Harry Potter movie :) I didn't keep up with HP as a kid, but I read all the books a few years ago, and then began watching the movies -- all for the first time. When I watch Deathly Hallows Part 2 tomorrow, I will be done with the journey! I will definitely be re-reading and re-watching at some point though :)

How are others?

This thread is so cute!

Today was really awesome, I could tell immediately today there was no way I was going to be able to focus on my school work (just one of those days) and was starting to stress out, so I grabbed my brother and went for a run on the trails and through my neighbourhood. We came home and my dad gave us some money to go get ice cream and we left, and then went to the park to play some lacrosse... followed by biking with my parents and a nice drive.

It was nice to be able to kind of treat myself that way and get away from the things that were causing me so much stress, so I plan to keep that up!

today was honestly kinda stressful but I also relieved a lot of stress and got some important work done so that in the long term I can be less stressed

Sometimes you gotta take care of stuff now to decrease your stress later! :) Good job on that.
My cat is recovering from surgery and I wish she would eat more, but even though she isn't back to normal just yet, she's already clearly more comfortable than she was before surgery, when she was probably experiencing a lot of pain and discomfort. We're giving her a lot of love and gentle cuddles.

Looking forward to this year. 2020 has been too much for me and my family to handle and I know it's the same for many others.

I'm having a nice day! I'm a graduate student and my program is a little intense, and I look forward to volunteering on the weekends for Scarleteen. My boyfriend is over and doing some other small projects for me. I often don't have time during the week to do these kinds of things and I have little piles of unfinished things all over my apartment, which I hate. It feels nice that he's willing to just hang out and help. Soon I'll have a proper kitchen table and a desk, which will make my apartment feel like home! :)
