Cartoonized porn is as bad as regular porn. Artists can make the characters look exactly the way they want. Every fetish can be fulfilled, no matter how unreal or bizarre.

Like with other forms of porn I think it's something that is good to approach critically, and to make decisions based on your own ethical feelings around it. The fact that with any sort of drawn or animated material there aren't actual actors & actresses in play has its good and bad attributes: you can consume it without worrying if the people depicted were treated or paid well, how they felt about the scene, whether safety laws were followed, etc.
At the same time, the fact that the creator doesn't have to take an actual person's health or safety into account means they might feel freer to depict extreme sexual violence, underage subjects, a complete lack of consent, and other things that range from "potentially objectionable" to "morally repugnant." I don't think I can make any sort of blanket statement about this or any other subgenre of pornography but I do think that's important to keep in mind.
