Parenting as a Teenager

Unread post by Adria Linwood »

I am a young mom at 16, I gave birth to my baby girl last year and my baby is now a year older. Parenting as a teenager is not easy but with the support of my mom I'm doing okay. I would just like to share this article which I think is very helpful to young moms like me :)

Thanks for sharing, Adria. (I'm glad to hear you're getting support from your mom, too - parenting at any age can be challenging so the more support you have the better!)

Good morning!! I know it’s reallt early but I feel like I have a weight in my chest and I really want to talk to someone... I’m a 16 year old girl, currently in a relationship with my boyfriend of almost 2 years and we are sexually active. He uses the “pulling out” method since it has worked for over a year. But this year, he thought he came inside me and got a little scared. But when I thought of the possibility of me being pregnant, I was really happy and even excited!! But the test turned out to be negative and I cried about it... I really want to have a baby but I don’t know what to do with these feelings, everybody tells me I’m too young but I get that “I don’t care” attitude. Ever since then, I’ve been secretly hoping that he ejaculates inside me when we have sex and I get into this depressed state whenever he’s in the mood...Can someone please help me??

If you go to the "Ask Us" section of the boars, at the top of the page you'll see a button labeled "New Topic" that will let you make your own thread.
