Hey harry-p59 -- a "burner" is phone or other device that's designed specifically for temporary use. Usually they're inexpensive (though lower in quality compared to the average cell phone nowadays) and use prepaid/pay-as-you go minutes versus a contract so they're easier for young people to obtain. Is this an option you'd consider here?

Hi Carly
Yes it might be. I have a phone but through my parents has been taken away for they seem to dislike sometimes. Not just average things.... Thank you for the advice

Hi harry-p59, I just wanted to check in and see how you are doing? Did you have a chance to talk with the counselor or social worker?

Hi Harry,

Do you have a way to schedule the visit with the social worker ahead of time? That way, you're already on their schedule when they get back.

I'd really encourage you to make a visit to the counselor today or early next week if you can. They're their to be a resource for you, and honestly a big reason why they're in schools is to help students like you, who are facing some intense stuff or mental health challenges that they're struggling to access care for. Helping you will never be a waste of their time, because of that, y'know?
