Hi, I had a urine test done for STIs but I didn't pee up to the line so I added a teensy bit of water (like 5ml), will this affect my results?
I totally ignored the sign that said "please notify staff if you pee below the line"
.

Yeah, diluting urine can impact the results of some urine tests, alas. How about you call into the clinic and let them know?

Sorry to tell you. Here's hoping maybe it won't with whatever tests they ran, but better to know if your results aren't meaningful than assume otherwise.
