(so embarresing lol) i just don't know how to talk to women lol i tense up when i am around them lol

people have told me i am ugly

parents strictness comes from there own religous stand point and yes they moniter everything i do

i have very little contact with people unfortunatly. parents are rather strict about that. but i am more concerned because people look at me only because i am kind of ugly but i don't know how to get people to see past that

i really want to find someone to have a relationship with but everyone i meet thinks i fat and ugly. what should i do
