Pansexual/heteroflexible/queer?

Two questions: First, is there a word that describes me? So I’m a mostly heteronormative person. I’m part gender fluid but mainly I identify as a girl, so that’s usually what I tell people. I’m also mostly straight, because I’ve only ever had boyfriends/liked guys, but I have acknowledged I like cer...

Re: Should I come out to my boyfriend?

Thanks for the reply. There are a lot of helpful points. The problem is, I’m always second-guessing my identity. I don’t feel the need to change anything about myself, but I mainly just want society to view me for me, and not because I am biologically female. That’s why I like the label gender fluid...

Should I come out to my boyfriend?

I identify as kind-of gender fluid, in the sense that I loosely identify with being a girl, but a lot of the time I don’t think of my gender (it usually feels agender or like I’m a ton of genders at once, usually with more feminine qualities, but still not a ‘girl’) I constantly bring up gender equa...

Re: Winter is coming...so date ideas?

Most of our dates are just us hanging out in the village. We’ve gone to the docks at night, we’ve been out to dinner, and we’ve gotten ice cream/other sweets. We’ve also just walked around holding hands and stuff. I hope we can be a bit more cuddly inside, and maybe watch some movies or play games -...

Re: Winter is coming...so date ideas?

I emailed the school, and I think they might be allowing interaction in common rooms with regulations. The problem is the village where I am is very small, so there aren’t too many things to do.

Winter is coming...so date ideas?

I’ve been going out with my boyfriend for a few weeks now, and everything is going really well. We really like each other, and have gone on regular dates. But now, where I go to school, it is getting really cold - snow weather, almost. Normally this is fine, and we could just move our dates to insid...

Thanks for the reply and the really helpful information. I did have another question: are there a few ways to make the hickey go away fairly quickly?

Hickeys?

So my boyfriend and I were kissing/making out earlier today, and he really likes to kiss my neck. I’m completely okay with this, and he’s very gentle and will go at whatever pace I want. We both trust each other, which I think is great, since our relationship is still pretty new. Tonight, however, m...

Re: Awkwardness in a new relationship

That sounds like a really good idea, and a nice way to make it casual enough so it isn't super awkward. Hopefully I will get the chance to talk to him soon, and bring this up.

Thank you for the advice and the recommendations for the books and the grid. I also really appreciate the examples you gave of different relationship models.

Re: Awkwardness in a new relationship

Thanks for the advice. I think I will ask him out when I feel better - unless he asks me first, of course. I read the article, and I think there are a lot of good points and things to think about in it. Although, I am intimidated by the thought of asking him to read it too, either with or without me...

Awkwardness in a new relationship

The guy that I've been going out with the past few weeks told me he has a crush on me, and I told him I like him back. We've kissed a few times since then, held hands, hugged, and other stuff like that, which is awesome. We have also been out on several dates. (Nothing sexy, because we're both prett...

Re: How do I prepare for a date?

Thanks for all the help! We had a lot of deep conversations, and we talked about hobbies and other things like that. He asked me to go to dinner with him this weekend, so hopefully that will work out as well.

How do I prepare for a date?

How should I prepare myself for my first-ever date? I had a boyfriend in the past, but we never went out on any kind of official date. I have just been asked out by a guy I am crushing on, and I would really like to make my best impression. I also don't know him too well - though I know he is a very...

Re: Sisters before misters...?

Long story short, the guy asked me out, and apparently has a crush on me. :) The girl is kind of weird, now that I've gotten to know her, so I probably won't be hanging out with her much more.

Sisters before misters...?

At my new school, I just met this great guy who is totally nerdy and my type. He's stared at me a lot, and looks deep into my eyes when talking, so I feel like he might be interested. (He leans towards me a lot, too. He also hints about romance in a very nerdy way.) I'm already involved in several g...

Re: Roommate might be pregnant?

She's not pregnant. I guess I should have waited before posting. But I think the reason I would have been uncomfortable, is because I like to avoid drama, and there would be a lot of talking about her if she was pregnant.

Thanks for the advice!

Roommate might be pregnant?

Okay, so I just started going to a new school. I'm boarding, and I have a roommate who is completely different than me. She is one of those popular kids, has a boyfriend, has sex a lot, etc. She and I get along fine, but literally five minutes ago, she told me she was going to buy a pregnancy test. ...

Thank you! Unfortunately my cramps and shakiness have stayed the same throughout the day, but I'm going to start birth control in the near future, so I hope that will help.

What is wrong with my period?

I've always had regular periods, but this time I barely got any blood. I always get so much I have to change pads like six times a day. I didn't even have to change a pad this time. What is wrong? It's been about four days since I got it, and now I have horrible cramps and my legs are shaky. These s...

Re: Gender fluid and female?

There are people in my life who were very supportive of me. When I came out as trans, they were surprised, but willing to help me in lots of different ways. However, I always got the impression that they were hoping it was just a phase. And it that case, it was. I would be hesitant to come out to th...
