Transmasculine Flow: Let's Talk Periods

For all the body positivity of our modern era, we still don’t hear many public conversations about periods. In many parts of the world, people are and have long been cut off from resources and education about periods: and the more marginalized the person, the more cut off they’ve usually been. Let’s have an honest discussion about what periods are, some of the unique challenges that transmasculine people who menstruate can grapple with, and how to address them.

My One and Only

The number of people you choose to sleep with isn’t the crux of sexual liberation. People who choose to have sex with fewer (or no) people shouldn’t be ashamed, and neither should people who choose to have multiple partners. It’s all about the choice - having the agency to sleep with as many or as few people as you please. It doesn’t make you naïve or boring or a slut or a whore; it’s just a choice that you’ve made, and that in itself is sexually liberating.

Sex positivity should have given me the courage to ask for what I wanted. Instead, I thought it meant accepting what I got.

How can I learn about kink as a minor?

My understanding is that kinks can only be explored when one reaches the age of 18, and for good reason. I don't think it would be out of the question to have a resource for minors that take an interest in kink to learn about the lifestyle so that they know what they're getting into should decide to pursue it anyway, though....
