Unprotected anal sex, pregnancy risks, and self-abortion

Morgan asks:

Hi, I really need some help. Let me tell you what has happened. I'm 15 years old. My periods usually come anywhere from the 12th-to the 15th of the month. One night, I had anal sex, unprotected, but I didn't orgasm. When I had anal sex, it was two weeks after my period had ended. The next month, last month, My period came on the 19th. Is that normal? Is it just because I had sex? Could I be pregnant? Please help. If you think I might be pregnant, could you give me some self-abort advice, I can NOT tell my mother, and I have no way of getting a pregnancy test. Please please help me.

STIs from oral sex and age of consent?

pomegranate82 asks:

Am I right in thinking that my boyfriend and I cannot catch STIs from each other during oral sex because neither of us have ever been sexually involved with anyone else?

Also, I know that sexual intercourse under the age of 16 is illegal but is other sexual contact illegal too?

We wouldn't get pregnant..not us.

Anonymous asks:

Hi in 16 turning 17 and its my first time on here and I find it very useful. I am soo glad that I finally found help. I've been dating my boyfriend for eight and a half months now, and we've had sex numerous times since. Well, this one time we wanted to see what it would feel like without a condom so we tried it and we both thought it felt soo good and so much better, but I pulled away right before he cummed. But the next time he showed up at my door step and surprised me and we both were really horny so we just had sex, and we were so into it that we both were like to each other..."What could possibly happen? We wouldn't get pregnant..not us" so we finished and he cummed inside of me. After that we freaked out! He told me to wash out my vagina with my shower tap. So I did. We are freaking out and are both praying I'm not pregnant. But there are some factors. I had my period during and he had cancer, so his doctor told him he has a 90% chance that he cant have kids. But I'm scared still. Will you please help me. Can I still be pregnant? I am waking up in the middle of the night constantly going pee, and I'm feeling sick every morning and all day! Please help us.

Sex "just happened" without a condom

Elaina asks:

I never intended on sex. I was with my best friend, just spending some time with him. One thing lead to another, and before we knew it, I asked for sex, and it just happened. The first time we did it that day we used a comdom. It hurt at first but he said that it was just because it was my first time. The second time we did it that day we didn't use a condom. After about five minutes into it, I asked him to pull out because we didn't use a condom. He did not ejaculate though. The next day I felt weird around my lower stomach. Is there any chance at all that anything bad will come out of this stupid decision that we made?

Blood and mucus from anal sex/Forcing ejaculation

Maybelline asks:

I'm 16, ive been dating this guy for almost 7 months and we're sexually active. I'm pretty educated about sex I would say, but no one knows everything so here it goes.

1.) Sooo, we tried anal sex, and about 5 hours after this occured I had "anal seepage" mucus, with some spotting of blood. I'm guessing this is normal, very icky but normal, but what a wanted to know is will this keep occurring? Because I'm not so sure I want to continue doing this form of sex if this is going to continue.

2.) We have a curfew so sometimes, when we want to do something, and I casually mention we don't have time, he will say "it's ok I'll force it" mainly when I perform oral sex, my question is, how is this possible? When you ejaculate its natural, I mean I know you can hold it in to prolong your sexual excperience, but forcing it? I'M SO CONFUSED PLEASE HELP!!! SERIOUSLY!

Unprotected intercourse worries

Bella asks:

My period's relatively regular, if it's off then it's usually only by a few days. Well, it's a little more off then normal, about a week and a half. I haven't had sex with my boyfriend until orgasm for quite a while now but these last couple of weeks we have "slipped it in" two or three times. My boyfriend doesn't pre-ejaculate but I know guys self lubricate a little. What I'm not sure about is if that lubrication is ejaculate fluid. If it is then is it possible to get pregnant off that? I'm worried because of missing my period but for the last three or four days i've been getting slight cramps that feel like menstrual cramps. But also, I have never gotten cramps more than a day before my actual period. Could a tiny bit of sperm from slipping it in gotten me pregnant? What else could be causng cramps similar to menstrual cramps? Thank you so much for your help with this.

Emergency Contraception

We get a lot of questions from teens who are wondering if they can prevent pregnancy after intercourse, whether the concern is due to a broken condom or from not using any method of contraception in the first place. Regardless of how it happened, there is something that can reduce the risk of pregnancy if used within 120 hours (or with an IUD, eight days) of your risk. That something is Emergency Contraception.
