This question is about Premature Ejaculation, nowhere on the internet will give me any free advice or help so I really appreciate some real advice on thus one. I'm 20 years old and I have a girlfriend.

We been having sex a lot, when I get to see her, (she lives in another city in the time being but when I do see her), the tension is high in our sexual urges and have a lot of it. I have a very confused penis as it would last normally (let's say 10 minutes) but then more often it goes out of control and I ejaculate to soon.

She is very supportive and tries to go slow or is patient when I have to stop every 5 seconds. But come on, this isn't sex. I'm fighting a battle every time. I try to relax and use different condoms for sensitivity but I still get the same end result PE! I do know I have a high sex drive ( I love the idea of sex a lot) she is hot and the fact she wants it all the time is hot too but I find sometimes it makes me a bit nervous because of my problem.

I know in my past I do get stressed, sometimes I don't sleep regularly, or get the proper exercise as needed, and I got a lot on my mind but I know others like that and they don't have PE or at least tell me that. When I was with her I wasn't stressed or anything and I still get it. Can you please help me.

Hi, I am a 17 year old male (18 in October). I have a lot of questions regarding sex. For starters, I am confused about condoms and sexual intercourse. In your article on this site about condoms, you state that uncircumcised men (i am uncircumcised) when putting on a condom should pull back the foreskin when rolling one on. Could you explain this more to me please? Do you pull it as far back as it will go and fold the condom over the pulled back skin or what!?!?!?! I don't understand. I tried it a little while back and it sorta hurt putting it on... so i didn't fold the skin back and it still hurt. Is there something wrong with me? Also when you have sex, does the foreskin get pulled back when you enter the vagina? Is the vagina so tight that it pushes back your foreskin... this seems like it would hurt me, not sure because i am still a virgin.
The next question I have regards my penis/testicles and its size.I have seen many other guys penis' at school in the change rooms and they are all quite big... bigger than mine! I would like to know if there is anything I can do (such as take certain vitamins or other such things) to make my penis any larger or to make my testicles bigger. Could you please tell me what these vitamins are.
One other thing is that I have hair growing on the base of my penis... why? I don't like it. Can I do something about it?
My final question regards whether I premature ejaculate. When I masturbate, I seem to ejaculate quite quickly!! Is masturbation the same as sex regarding time! When I masturbate i move my hand quite rapidly / fast... I haven't actually timed myself but I last maybe around 1-2 minutes before i reach orgasm and ejaculate. This is with little rests. What should I do? Does this mean when it comes to sex i will ejaculate quickly also?
