First thank you for taking the time to read my question.
Anyways... my girlfriend (19) and I (also 19) recently became sexually active. We are both virgins and have no diseases. I got tested just in case just to make sure. Well we have had sex a few times with protection. Then this passed Wednesday (the 2nd of January) about 2pm, we had sex but I'm not sure I believe the condom broke because once I pulled out I noticed she had white liquid on her which I believed to be sperm. She said she had an orgasm and thinks maybe thats what it was. But any who, just to play it safe around 6pm the same day we went end got the Plan B pill and she took it, and took the 2nd pill around 5am the next morning. The thing is she was supposed to start her period soon and the very next day (Thursday) night she did (which was the same day of the month as the previous period). Well we were wondering if she could be pregnant? Today is the 5th and all of that happened within a short amount of time.Sex (on the 2nd)- Plan B (on the 2nd)- period (on the 3rd)
So what im asking really is...
1) Is her period to early to actually know if she got pregnant? Or is it a sign she isn't?
2) If it isn't a sign of anything since its too early, could it increase the chance of her not being pregnant?
3) Can we get a pregnancy test 20 days from intercourse or do we have to wait until the next period?p.s thanks again this will be a huge help
Hi, my boyfriend and I have been together for a year and we just had sex for the first time the other day. I'm on the pill, but I'm still really nervous because he came inside of me. I had gotten my period on Monday and started my new cycle of the pill. My period ended Wednesday and we had sex Thursday night. On Tuesday and Wednesday, I took my pill at 8:30 at night, but I usually take it at 6:30 pm. Then on Thursday, I took it at 6:30. Is this a problem? I've been so paranoid the last few days and I can't get my mind off of it. All of my friends keep telling me that I'm fine. I had a little stomach ache Friday morning, the day after we had sex. That made me even more nervous and I kept thinking I had morning sickness! All of my friends use the pill and their boyfriends ejaculate in them all the time, even when my friends forget to take their pill one night or something. I've been on the pill since August now, so my body is used to it. Do I have a lot to worry about?! I keep freaking out and asking my friends millions of questions and they keep telling me I'm fine. I feel fine and I don't feel any different after that stomach ache I had, but I'm still thinking about it. Thanks for your help!
Okay, I am 14 years old and my boyfriend is 16. I'm a virgin and we were trying to have sex. I'm so scared that I'm pregnant because I keep thinking that there was sperm on his finger when he fingered me. I just finished my period about two days ago. Even if there wasn't sperm on his finger, I keep thinking that there might have been a hole in the condom! I can't even think of anything else! I am so scared and the pills is over $39.99 and I can't talk to my mom about it because she will make a big deal about it cause I sneaked out today to see him. What do i do?
If you continue having sex after ejaculation while using a condom but the condom doesn't break and there is hardly any semen in the condom what are the chances of pregnancy? Could the semen have seeped out? Is this likely???
I just started college, and just started having sex with my boyfriend of two years. My period hasn't come yet and it's overdue by a month. I've take three pregnancy test (all negative), but I feel bloated, tired, and have stomach pains. Is it possible I could be pregnant?
What if your partner uses a condom, ejaculates in the condom and cleans it off with a cloth 5 minutes after he has sex with you. Can you still get pregnant?
If a woman's on top, is there a chance of pregnancy if a little sperm went in?
If I had somehow (which I don't think I did) got pre-cum on my fingers, and then immediately wiped it off, and it was completely dry, and I then poked my girlfriend a few hours later, what would be the chances of pregnancy?
my period is due any day now. and about 10 days ago me and my boyfriend were fooling around, and he put his penis in me only for about 15 seconds. i know there is sperm in pre cum and thats why im scared. is there a big chance i could be pregnant from that? he's not very worried.. but i am. i havent been getting as many signs for my period as i usually do.. and i should be getting it in the next 2 days. im just worried, but since it was only for about 15 seconds i dont know if theres a big chance. please help!
I was wondering about what could happen if the entire time during intercourse, my significant other of 2.5 years was wearing a condom but then as soon as he was about to orgasm, he took it off and ejaculated on to my stomach. This was a COMPLETE surprise to me and it was never planned, it was just something he wanted to try...but now I'm a little worried. I did not get any semen on my fingers but I did check WITH my fingers to make sure his ejaculate didn't get inside me...it did look a good distance away from my vagina though. I was supposed to start my pill package on Sunday but I forgot and ended up taking 2 pills on the following Monday night and I've taken it at the same time ever since...but if I did get semen inside me, (in which I'm sure I didn't get any in me, but I can never be sure!) should I take EC? This just happened this afternoon so I want to be sure everything would be fine...thank you!
I had sex with a girl a week ago. She didn't say anything about contraceptives. After we had sex she said she wasn't on birth control. I asked her why she naver said anything? Anyhow I heard of a guy a few years ago who had the same problem. He took a bottle full of coke and turned her bottom up and poured the bottle into her vagina. I told her about this. She was willing to try it. So we did the deed. Is this a safe practice? If she misses her period would it be safe to learn how to use a coat hanger? It would be sterile. Is there somewhere you can learn to perform an abortion with a wire?
I've been using the Nuvaring for about two months now, and about a week after I started it my boyfriend and I had vaginal intercourse (we waited until i was taking birth control to have sex, just in case). We've been doing it since then, and always with a condom (again, just in case). Neither I nor my boyfriend want me to get pregnant at all since it just doesn't fit in with our plans, so we are trying to be as careful as is necessary. What I want to know is whether or not it is actually necessary to use a condom while using the Nuvaring in order to be protected. We don't want to take any unnecessary risks, however if we don't need a condom, then it would be great if we didn't have to use it!
Also, would you advise me to take at home pregnancy tests? And if so, how often, and what names/brands would you recommend as being accurate?
Thanks so much for your help!
I have a question about menstrual symptoms. My 13 year old cousin just had her first period and since I am really the only other girl that can give her advice on her period (we're the only girls in a large family made up of boys), I just wanted to know what are the signs when you're about to start your period. I told her from my experience, I'm 17, that my breasts get tender and I have cramps, but are there any other signs that I can tell her. I want to help her out because I had to learn about them on my own and I'm still learning, so this question really helps both of us out.
Also, I'm sexually active and my boyfriend and I are really careful because we both don't want to get pregnant. Is there a certain time of the month that the chances of me conceiving are lowered? I mean, I read the article about discharge and how thick or thin it is tells me what phase I'm in. I tend to worry, even though I know the condom didn't break and no sperm were anywhere near my vagina. So really, how can I keep myself from stressing out about when my next period will start.
Right now, I'm a day late but I know it's due to stress. I just started college and I'm now worried about things like tuition, my studies and the fact that my boyfriend and I are going to different schools. I trust him completely but a part of me can't help but wonder. How can I keep my stress levels down as well. I know of one way and what's when I'm with my boyfriend, but I'd like another way to reducing it.
Thank you, I know this got a bit long.
I have been on Loestrin 24 Fe for about 8 months now, I had totally forgotten to take my birth control pill from Day 13-now. To be honest with you I noticed this when I was supposed to be on Day 20 after having unprotected sex with my husband on Day 20 and again on Day 26. When would be a good time for me to test for pregnancy? I tested Tuesday and yesterday and they were both negative, but I am not too sure if I tested too early. I should be on my period since Wednesday the 26th but so far today is the third day that AF is a no show (although I have really bad cramping), and I know I might still get it tomorrow since that is still part of the menstrual days. I would really like your opinion on this matter.
My girlfriend and I have recently just started having sex. We were both virgins, but still knew a lot about safe sex. We have used condoms every time. She's on the pill. I withdraw every time just to be safer. But once I forgot to hold the condom while withdrawing and it slipped off at the same time as I ejaculated. I'm pretty sure that I didn't get any sperm inside of her because there was sperm throughout the condom and a little on me. She just finished her last pill on Sunday before having to start the sugar pills. She usually gets her period on the Wednesday around noon but today is Wednesday night and she still hasn't gotten her period. She also sometimes forgets to take her pill on the exact hour and I think once or twice has forgotten to take it that day but took it the next day. Is it normal to have late periods such as this? I am very nervous that she might be pregnant because of that one incident with the condom slipping off as I withdrew. Would it be possible for her to get pregnant if a little bit got in her vagina even though she's on the pill?
