A couple of years ago, I learned to knit and I got really really interested in knitting. Anytime I was sitting still (and sometimes when I was moving) I was knitting. But then, after a while, I sorta stopped getting that urge to knit everytime I sat still. It wasn't that I didn't enjoy knitting. It...

It's very typical for condom use to contribute to longer lasting erections. Because they do reduce sensation somewhat -- especially if you're not putting a little lube inside, or using the thinnest condoms -- and because the ring at the bottom of a condom also constricts the base of the penis, that...

I can certainly do my best. Let's start with the basics. Thing is, "premature ejaculation" is actually not the best term in the world, because it is seriously vague and incredibly arbitrary. I can tell you that I run too slow, for instance, and what you're likely going to ask me is "Compared to who...

Your boyfriend seems to be dismissing the fact that for the majority of women, intercourse all by itself, no matter how long or short it lasts, is not very satisfying, especially physically. If we're going to think of our genitals as big, any one of us, given the small range between them, we should think everyone's genitals are big. We also need to accept that it's ignorant or misinformed to think, presume or suggest that penises are big but vaginas are small, because we really are all about the same size. If thinking big is better for one sex, it's also got to be better for the other. So, if you or someone else is going to go on about some big penis, you'd best get just as excited about the idea of a big vagina, and make having a big ol'Vagowski just as cool. And if you're all hung up on the idea that the vagina be as small as it can possibly be, or is such a small thing, then you've got to accept that penises are small, too.

Sex doesn't have to be (and for most people to feel satisfied, really shouldn't be) only or solely about intercourse, and neither a smaller penis nor being of size means that sex has to be, or will be, unsatisfying for either partner. My good friend and colleague Hanne Blank literally wrote the book...

We hear a lot -- for sound reasons -- about how intercourse by itself isn't very satisfying for a majority of cis women. What we hear less about is that it's also not always satisfying for men. But just because we hear less about it doesn't mean it's not an issue for plenty of men. No one sexual...
