There is no risk of pregnancy due to oral sex alone.
There is no direct route between the mouth and the genitals. Swallowing semen cannot make a woman pregnant (it can, however, infect her with an STI, so that's the risk to be aware of with oral sex).
Unprotected oral sex may result in the transmission of Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs). If you are having unprotected oral sex, or have had unprotected oral sex, consult your health care provider for an STI screening.
