No, my body is the expert on my body i am just a humble confidant doing my best to listen to it, to make sure it's want's and needs are met and sometimes to steer it in the right direction in order to meet my own wants and needs.
I try my very best not to judge my body and it's workings but i don't always succeed, sometimes my body can feel like the enemy but just like i would within a friendship i go to work trying to dissolve the hostility and get back to the cooperation.
Most of all i try to respect my body even when i may not like it very much and every day i strife to take a step (no matter how small) towards loving it and to make it love me back.

Absolutely. Doesn't matter if you're comparing me with doctors, sexual partners or politicians – I know more about my own body on an individual level than any other person ever will. And that's a good thing because it facilitates better communication, better sex and better health both physically and mentally.

I absolutely do! I feel like I know all that - at this point - is worth knowing. I know about, and track, my menstrual cycle which make me feel prepared. I know how to orgasam which took a while but was definitely worth it! I know about my sexual desires despite never having gotten further than a kiss. I feel in control of my physical self and this also really helps with my body image. I realise I won't always be in as much control as I'd like *cough* period's *cough* but I also recognise that's OK.

I don't always know what's up with my body, but I love and try to look after it. I pay attention to patterns and try to work out what will make me feel better. I know that given consistent care and attention, I will be an expert on my body.
