Additional Services: 
24-hour/7-days-a-week crisis line provides information and support to people of all genders who have experienced sexual violence at any time in their lives. Support is also available to friends and loved ones supporting people who have experienced sexual violence. Individual counselling is available to women and trans people aged 16 and older. Groups counselling is available for people who have experienced sexual assault or abuse. A monthly support group is offered for friends and loved ones of people who have experienced sexual violence.

All services are free and confidential. Assistance with transportation and childcare to facilitate access to services may be available; call the centre for questions about services.

Teens aged 16-19 receive short-term counselling immediately, without being placed on a waiting list.
