The 24-hour-a-day, 7-days-a-week crisis and support hotline can be reached at: 905-875-1555. Counselling is available to individuals survivors of sexual abuse or assault, groups, and individuals supporting assault survivors. Groups include closed membership groups and weekly drop-in meetings; multi-cultural and Spanish-speaking groups are run every week. Volunteers or centre staff are available to accompany survivors to the hospital, to the police to report an assault, to court, or to other medical appointments related to the assault. This service includes education around survivors' rights in the medical and legal systems.
