The centre offers a free, confidential 24-hour-a-day 7-days-a-week crisis and support hotline. The hotline can be reached at (905)-682-4584. Counselling is offered for individuals and groups, and emergency counselling and in-person crisis management is also available. Centre staff and volunteers can also provide information on, or accompaniment to, medical or criminal justice (police, court proceedings) appointments related to the abuse or assault.
