Everyone at some time in their life will need to have some source of support to help them in working through something. It may be a person you know, a support group, someone that lives near or far, someone you've never met in person, a family member or friend. Eventually we all need to find that center of support.

So, if you could take a minute a recognize someone or a group of someone's that's helped you through a difficult time - who would it be, and how were they able to help you so much? What made them such a important person / group, and if you were given the chance, how would you help someone else through a similar situation?
