ive been thinking for a while that i have ocd. i just havent been able to tell anyone. its like i think im crazy or something. this is the first ive told anyone. its starting to really bother me. i just want it to go away. there are things that i do all the time, like wash my hands and sit something down and have to keep touching it. its like if i dont do this stuff i think that something bad will happen to someone i know, family and friends. ive also been really stressed out lately, and it seems like things only get worse when im stressed out.
does anyone have any ideas on what to do?

The best i can suggest is to see your doctor. Only a doctor can diagnose and treat you.

Don't freak out yet tho ... You said you've been stressed out, and sometimes people just take on some 'different' behaviours when they're under a lot of stress.
