Thanks for the posting on cutting. It seemed like the only one doing this... like I was some kind of freak or something. I"m a wrist scratcher... take a sewing needle and scratch my wrist until it bleeds. I guess I just wanted to say thanks for helping me understand just how bad this is for you but also that I'm alone....
