They aren't defined by what you eat or your calorie intake (and certainly not be eating patterns in a single day) but by a handful of behaviours.
Was what you ate balanced and likely enough for you? Probably not, but it's hardly grossly imbalanced either (though one single serving of fruits and veggies is less than anyone needs).
