Maybe I am making something out of nothing but recently I have been seeing alot of men totally naked on TV. I have watched a bunch of programs about island and tribal life on these travel shows and they always have men with no clothes on showing everything including their penises and balls.
I was just wondering if this is a new accepted thing? It really pretty funny because they show them hunting, working and playing and you get a chance to see everything, I dont thinks its shown in a sexual way but you get to see the wide variety of different penises and mens bodies. They usually dont even show the women which is fine with me.
Is this a new thing because I dont remember seeing it before. One of my friends said its like justice for all the times they have shown women in the past.

Do you mean the new Discovery Channel series about tribal communities?
I'd chalk that up under "titillating anthropology," considering that the objectification of male bodies in the media lags far behind that of women.
They used to show naked men and women in National Geographic all the time, back in the 1930s. They still do today, but males to a lesser extent.
In fact, if the show avoids displaying nude women as you suggest, that might their idea of avoiding some kind of backlash from women's groups. How effective that tactic is, I couldn't say.
Justice for objectifying women's bodies on the screen? Hmmm. Per another thread on ST, that probably won't happen any time soon.
(scarcasm) Unless there's a sudden launch of "Guys Gone Wild," replete with fraternity brothers making out.

Yeah, there is this series that shows tribal life and every week its seems to be a show full of nude men. You get to see everything and honestly I know why they say not all guys are created equal down there becuase there is a wide variety in sizes.
And also I have only seen some boobs, they have never shown a women completed naked ike they show the men. Its like 100 penises to 10 boobs. Its kind of funny.
Its definately not stuff I would want to watch with my brother.
