I'm a historian of the 19th century, living in the 21st, and in my lifetime I've seen a shift back to 19th century patriarchial modes of thought. It's like living in the Twilight Zone.

re: Oklahoma's effort to ban EC sales - one of my friends wrote to Gov. Henry and got a response from his secretary. Evidently Hizzoner hasn't taken a stand on an issue that's been under debate in his state's legislature for months.
