I'm only 13, so if I were to have sex with a girl my age, what would happen? In other words, the all mighty Age of Consent in my state is 18, so what kinds of legal consequences might I face?

Thirteen is considered so abnormally young that you'd both be facing counselling, and whatever else the juvenile system in your state wanted to mete out. Your parents, and hers, could face parenting classes, or even lose custody, since they're legally responsible for their children, and you two could face anything from probation to a foster home. Not trying to scare you, but the legal system does consider cases with, say, a thirteen-year-old couple different than one with a couple in their later teens, and none of the possible consequences are ones you want to -- or need to -- deal with.
