I would guess that for most scarleteeners, this is probably a pretty cut-and-dry issue.
The way I understand this story, though, is that the Court left the door open to more book bannings, because they told the school board, parents, etc. that banning the books won't fly if it's done on religrious grounds. The announcer on CBC radio seemed to imply this morning that if they can all find a more legitimate reason of some sort, that the books could potentially be banned again.
Seems like a very strange decision to me, but that's how I heard it.
"Will you help him change the world? Can you dig it?"
"Yes I can!"
